- Not over the age of 25
- Technical secondary school background
- Any mechanical or auto electrician background is essential
- Refrigeration experience is beneficial but not essential – training will be provided
- Willing to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable and responsible
- Focused on building a career and not a job
- Willing to work the extra odd hours when needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable transport
- Clear criminal record
