• B-Com Accounting/ Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-2 years’ experience in a position/internship relating to your field of study (preferred)
• Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with key customers in the business and approach every challenge with a customer-centric view.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective team work and multi-tasking skills a must

• Attention to detail & accuracy

• Basic financial analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Management, Business, Economics, Materials Engineering, International Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related area

• Diploma/Degree in Business, HR or equivalent required
• Background and/or experience in HR Shared Services or HR Administration
• Leading projects
• HR related policy knowledge a plus
• Service Delivery/Customer Service
• Six Sigma experience a plus

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Informatics, , Mechanical Engineering, Prior work experience preferred, but not required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, Communications, or related field.
• Relevant experience a plus
