A Intern Learnership is now available for a Data Analyst role. The data analyst is responsible for the timely execution, maintenance and monitoring of defined analysis output.
The data analyst would also support CCI (Care continuous improvement) with the design of new analytics and prep work for automation requests to change forums. The data analyst will also be required to produce reports using existing data tools.
This role is in Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
- Production of once-off and medium term reports
- Execution of SQL scripts where required
- Sourcing data from various sources including Cubes and Cognos
- Collation of data
- Analysis of data using excel
- Documentation of change requests
Requirements:
- Ability to understand/interpret data
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to be self amnaged and take initiative on new and existing projects
- Must have attention to detail
- Distinction or B in Mathematics on the Higher Grade in Matric
- Knowledge of Office (Mainly Excel)
- Undergraduate degree, 2 years diploma or a certificate with a major in one of the following: Maths, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or Applied Mathematics.
